My learning and skills have largely been driven by curiosity or need. With the former, a natural inclination to discover why something is the way it is, or with the latter, needing to accomplish a goal or task on my own because outsourcing would take too long or cost too much.
I'm very socratic and the antithesis of dogmatic. I live in the grey. I fall into the devil's advocate role easily. If you can appreciate someone that likes questioning why you are doing something or is always thinking about contingencies I'll help grow your confidence and make you more resolute in what you are doing.
Above of all, I love people. How they think, what they desire, what motivates them. I love being a catalyst for others' success. Give me the opportunity to walk a mile in your shoes and see the world through your eyes and I'll change how you think about the world for the better.
